Upon completion of this process, the items are transferred to our logistics(delivery) partners, who guarantee the timely delivery of your consignments. Throughout the dispatch process, precise tracking information and regular updates are provided to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Please note that we do not deliver to non-residential addresses,PO boxes, or BFPO addresses.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake originates from our end.
This includes errors such as personalization mistakes, receiving the wrong product, or damaged goods.
